padu33 Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" or "padu33" — refers to the official padu33 website accessible at padu33.wine and all services related to it.
• "User" or "Member" — refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the padu33 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a user to access padu33 services.
• "Account Balance" — the total amount of money in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) available in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — any additional credit, promotional offer or benefit given by padu33 to users in accordance with the stipulated terms.
• "Bet" — any gaming activity, sports betting, online casino or fish shooting carried out by a user using their account balance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in to the platform, or using any padu33 service, you hereby confirm that:

• You have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the entirety of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of account registration.
• You are using this platform in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any business entity.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or not permitted in your local jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration

To register as a padu33 member, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. padu33 reserves the right to verify the validity of the information provided at any time.

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any unauthorised access.
• You must update your personal information if any changes occur, including your mobile number, email and bank account details.
• padu33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport before processing any transaction or withdrawal.

4. Deposits and Transactions

padu33 processes all transactions in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30.
• All deposits are final once confirmed. padu33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties or payment service disruptions.
• Users are required to use payment methods registered in their own name. Using a third party's account to make deposits is not permitted.
• padu33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits, however third-party payment providers may have their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed within 5-30 minutes after the request is confirmed. The minimum withdrawal allowed is RM50.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account verified in the user's name.
• padu33 reserves the right to carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML/KYC) compliance checks before approving any large withdrawal.
• If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met, withdrawals from the bonus balance will not be processed until the wagering requirements are fully completed.
• padu33 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraud or that require further investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

padu33 offers various promotions to members, subject to specific terms applicable to each offer.

• Welcome Bonus: 200% on the first deposit up to RM1,000. Example calculation: deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering requirement RM200 × 20 = RM4,000. If deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,200 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawals can be made on the bonus funds and related winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• padu33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion without prior notice, and padu33's decision on any bonus-related dispute is final.
• The padu33 VIP loyalty programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering different weekly cashback rates based on the user's gaming activity.

7. Betting Rules

All bets on the padu33 platform are subject to the specific game rules set by the respective game provider. Users are required to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing a bet.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed, unless a technical fault has been confirmed by padu33.
• If a technical fault occurs during an active game, padu33 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet to the user.
• Bets placed using funds derived from illegal activities will be voided and the account balance may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
• The use of any automation system, assistance software or other method to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited on the padu33 platform and may result in account suspension or closure without notice:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Any form of fraud, misrepresentation or manipulation of the gaming system.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game vulnerabilities or bonus systems (bonus abuse).
• Using unauthorised third-party software, including bots, automated scripts or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Threats, harassment or abusive language directed at padu33 customer support staff or other players.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

padu33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or the user's refusal to provide required documents.
• An account closure request submitted by the user to padu33.
• Instructions from a competent authority or law enforcement body.

Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting padu33 customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned within a reasonable period once all checks have been completed.

10. Responsible Gambling

padu33 is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gambling practices. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a primary source of income.

• The padu33 platform is open only to users aged 21 and above. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Users are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits to keep gambling within healthy boundaries.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Continued use of the padu33 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• It is the user's responsibility to check this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

padu33 operates under a valid international licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which padu33 is licensed.

• Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the padu33 platform or these Terms and Conditions must first be resolved through padu33's internal complaints resolution process.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that access to and use of padu33's services is lawful under the local laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction.
• padu33 makes no representation that the content or services provided are suitable or lawful for use in all locations.
